Stages Picture Title - FRIENDSHIP Genre - Drama Characters - Micheal and Emmanuel Setting - College Dorm Plot -It takes place in a college dorm. It's about two guys who've been friends since middle school " Micheal and Emmanuel." Micheal has been dating this girl for three years since they got to college and plans to marry her after they graduate from college. Emmanuel has been interested in Micheal's girl for a while now and has been planning a way to end things between them. Emmanuel sent Micheal a text message { Yo bro, I gotta tell u something bout yo girl. Come to the dorm asap}. Micheal replies ok. They met in the dorm, and Emmanuel told Micheal he saw his girl hooking up with another guy at a party. Micheal believed him because he trusts him. Micheal then decided to break up with his girl over a text without any explanation. A few weeks later Micheal found out that what Emmanuel said about his girl was a lie...

1. What was your vision as a director/creator for this project? My vision for this project is to be able to adapt The Story of an Hour to my own story and create something new. I want to be able to bring what I create to life and let people feel what's going on when watching it. 2. What elements of the original story did you maintain in your project? I maintain the surprise at the end of the story when she found out that her husband is still alive. 3. What did you change about the original story in your project? I change the names of the characters, and included less drama in it. 4. What is the twist or climax of your adaptation? The twist of my adaptation is Emmanuel planing a way to end the relationship between Micheal and his girlfriend and the climax is Micheal breaking up with his girlfriend and fighting Emmanuel. 5. * I will make this into a tv show that will last 25 minutes long for each episode. I will make it more dramatic and I might add more characters to it. I won't just focus on her story but make sure that the other characters I added have some kind of relationship with her.
