Abraham Attah  IB Literature & Performance  Ms. Guarino Due September 21, 2019  Christopher's Life I saw Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time on the 15th of November 2019 in the black box theater of Cheshire Academy. Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time is a play based on the novel by a British author Mark Haddon. Simon Stephens adapts the play from a novel by Mark Haddon. The Cheshire Academy drama group performed this play and killed it. Jennifer Guarino and Benjamin Hunton directed the show. The main characters for the show were Amelia Williams, who plays Christopher, Willjam Lempling plays Christopher's father Ed, Pacifica Yang plays his mother Judy, Olivia Williamson plays his teacher Siobhan, and Ben Goth plays the policeman.  The play was about a fifteen-year-old boy named Christopher with autism who was seen lying next to a dead dog with a fork sticking out of it. Characters  Christopher  is the narrator of the novel  has autism.  He doesn’t like being touched or be around other people.  He feels comfortable with logic and order.  He says things for what they are.  Mrs. Alexander   a resident at Christopher’s neighborhood  she shows that she cares about him. Abraham Attah, IB Literature and Performances Ms. Guarino  The first poem performance that I chose was "The Everyday Enchantment of music," and Dasha and Mike performed it.  The original poem talks about how the music was created from sound and polished until it became music. The group had something completely different. They didn't use any lines from the poem but gave the audience's understanding of it. They showed how important music is in our daily lives and how it has a significant impact on us. The performances were able to keep eye contact with the audience. They didn't stare at the floor or use any paper. Having eye contact with an audience is one of the most aspects of performing. It captures their attention.
